The learning system in vocational education is more directed to practical learning. Therefore, media needed that can make students learn interactively and independently. research aims create an industrial automation as a medium for courses. the form of programmable logic controller (PLC) trainer equipped with sensors combined human machine interface (HMI). PLC made because devices are widely used systems. component has not been display, therefore this study HMI. HMI connects machines humans.
